Director support

The team that decide our online strategy and what we need to do to ensure the online channel effectively delivers our customer offer.

Supply Chain

Manage the intake, movement and distribution of all stock through our Distribution Centre (DC) to our store base and online customers.

Customer Excellence

Supporting customers 7 days a week, giving advice on all our exciting products as well as resolving issues and providing technical support. The office based team are responsible for end to end process improvements and our two partners provide core customer service and technical support to customers. Finance, Legal and Risk

The team that manages and reports the finances of our business, but we also look after risk, master data, corporate governance and make sure our business is legally compliant. (Legal) Work with the wider business to advise on a number of areas of commercial law, data protection, intellectual property, customer terms and many other things. (Risk) Ensuring our business risks are captured and mitigated from a strategic, project, commercial and operational perspective, and make sure we’re resilient, safe, compliant, free from regulatory breach, and importantly, not leaking profit!


We manage our whole IT infrastructure and are made up of three separate teams – Technology, Services and Operations, and Project Delivery.


Bringing our GAME brand and Unique Selling Points to life, giving customers a reason to shop with us, and make sure our brand is consistent wherever it is seen. The Trade Marketing team manage supplier relationships and secure income through agreed marketing activities for AAA software releases, hardware, accessories & growth categories.


The team that decipher customer behaviour, trends and opinions by analysing & modelling data and listening to customers via market research. This information drives actionable Insights and opportunities for the business and our publisher partners.

People Team
