What you'll be doing

We're looking for a Brand Production Manager to join our team in Basingstoke to work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing and Studio, team to deliver highly regarded creative campaigns across multiple channels, including, but not limited to our website and POS

As part of our Marketing team, your key responsibilities will include:

-Develop and line manage the internal Creative Studio, with direct line management of the team responsible for all design elements across the business

-Management of workflow and processes, to deliver the most efficient use of the studio team's capabilities and capacity

-Work closely with Trade Marketing teams to act as a guardian of all Game and publisher generated assets across the business

-Work with internal stakeholders to manage multiple projects at one time, taking briefs from around the business, managing outputs and ensuring deadlines are met

-Champion the behavioral change for complete brief delivery from stake holders

-Creating and implementing workflow and project management processes

-Managing the creative team to fulfil briefs, answering the creative needs, addressing KPIs and other objectives and ensuring a response will be complete by the agreed deadline

-Champion the brand and ensure brand integrity is maintained at all times, by all internal and external stakeholders

-Proofreading - double, triple checking of documents and artworks

-Creative quality control over concepts and projects; assign and manage all creative projects among the team and manage suppliers as required

-Manage projects to agreed time scales; become solution based if deadlines are at risk

-Plan effectively for the busy peak period, ensuring necessary people resource is in place to cope with increased demand

-Reviewing daily resource and workload schedules, and managing team accordingly

-Assessment and debrief management - discuss solutions to improve for next time

-Working on ways to deliver omni channel brief sign off

Your EXP

  • Experience working in a Design Studio / Agency working as a Studio Manager. It would be beneficial to have worked across Retail & FMCG disciplines
  • Team management and coaching/developing experience, with direct line management responsibility is essential
